THOMAS PIERCE
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Thomas is philanthropist and film producer. In 2020 Thomas Produced ‘Tu Me Manques’ (100% Rotten Tomatoes, MAX) and ‘Almost Love’ (Netflix) bookending the LGBTQ+ Newfest New York Film Festival honoring both pictures. Prior to producing, Thomas founded PMA in 2015 an Entertainment Marketing Agency in New York City. Thomas built high profile partnerships and creative brand initiatives collaborating with tv networks and film studios. In 2023 Thomas founded Children's Oncology Support Fund 501c3, having raised to date over $5.2 million dollars for pediatric cancer research and wellness programs quickly building a reputable foundation. Thomas is a member of the Producers Guild of America, and Y.P.O. The Young Professionals Organization (Century City chapter).

MAX KONDZIOLKA
CO-FOUNDER, HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
Max leads development at Pierce Capital Entertainment, producing and packaging premium content for global partners. In addition to his work as a producer, he also held a senior production and distribution role at Upgrade Productions (having previously worked at ( BRON Studios, Sierra/Affinity, eOne, and Hasbro). Max served an International Sales Agent at Sierra/Affinity, where he worked on 45+ films. His portfolio includes the box office hits Atomic Blonde, I Tonya, The Lost City of Z, and Molly’s Game to name a few. Max was part of IM Global and Anthos Media, a premium documentary company, where he worked on award-winning documentaries, including Particle Fever.

DEAN SANSOVICH
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Dean leads acquisition and investment activity for a private equity real estate company based in San Francisco. Previously, Dean led transaction execution at the US operations for one of the world's largest global real estate fund managers. Dean has been intimately involved in over a billion dollars worth of real estate acquisitions and related financing activity in his career. Dean is also a film development consultant who focuses on creating compelling and unique stories with global market potential. Trained as a Certified Public Accountant, Dean brings a unique set of skills when structuring creative projects and acts as an advisor to PCE.

Spent 12 years as president of Worldwide Marketing at Paramount Studios, and worked on award winning campaigns and cross over partnerships on franchises; Transformers, Star Trek, and Mission: Impossible to name a few. Closed over $1 billion in partnerships. Industry trailblazer and deal maker that delivered unmatched value to Paramount over 12 years. As head of Acquisitions & Licensing at Pierce Capital Entertainment she has her pulse on the world market and drives a often overlooked revenue stream.

CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Sr. marketing executive with 20+ years of experience overseeing and negotiating global marketing partnerships for 70+ film titles with Paramount. Lead marketing executive at Hollywood Media Corp, Kodak Theater Entertainment Center in Hollywood and Stan Lee Media. A decade of experience managing major ad agency business at Omnicom Group for clients Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, among other global accounts.

LACHLAN TOWLE
PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
Lachlan has a broad range of experience working in the US, UK, EU, and more and splits his time between LA and Istanbul. With his experience at S.O. Productions Lachlan has overseen all aspects of physical production and helped grow the company from a broker of premium IP to a full-fledged production company with a broad international slate. He recently worked with the critically acclaimed director, Katherine Hardwicke (Twilight), to produce "Prisoner’s Daughter," starring Brian Cox and Kate Beckinsale. More recently, he produced ‘All There Is,’ starring Jason Priestley, Laurel Marsden, and Elsie Fisher set to release in 2024.
